Ray Foreman started his career as a professional powerlifter — boasting the one of the highest squat totals in the United States. He competed and won while being lifetime drug free and injury free.

With over 40 years of experience, he has trained hundreds of clients — including NBA draft prospects. Ray tailors the workout to each of his clients. He will analyze your strengths and weaknesses, understand your goals, and formulate a plan to help you succeed.
